Working Principle

It is a new horizontal and batch-type vacuum dryer. The moisture of wet material is evaporated by the conductance. The stirrer with squeegee removes materials on hot surface constantly and moves in the container to form circular flow. The evaporated moisture then is pumped by vacuum pump.

Characteristics

1. With sandwich heating of large area adopted, the dryer features large heat transfer surface and high heat efficiency.

2. The stirrer installed in the dryer helps the material have continuous circulation to further improve the even heating of material.

3. The stirrer installed in the dryer makes pulpy, cream, paste-like materials to be dried easily.

Materials to be dried

The materials that can be dried using this dryer in medicine, foodstuff and chemical industry are as follows:

1. Pulpy, paste-like and powdery materials;

2. Heat-sensitive materials that require to be dried at low temperatures;

3. Materials that are oxidizable, explosive, poisonous or with strong stimulation.
