HZG Rotary Drum Dryer

Working Principle
Wet material is introduced from one end of the dryer machine, and then stirred evenly by the oar of the inner barrel where it is uniformly distributed and dispersed. The full contact of the material and parallel flow (or countercurrent) speeds up the drying process and heat transfer to enhance the driving force. During the drying process, the angled oar and hot air help the controllable movement of the material to the star shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer to have the final products.
Characteristics

Materials to be dried
1. Big grains and heavy grains in chemical industry, mining, and metallurgy, such as ore, cinder of blast furnace, coal, metal powder, phosphate fertilizer and thiamine.
2. powder or grains with special requirements, such as HP foaming blowing agent, dregs of alcohol, light calcium carbonate, active clay, magnetic powder, graphite, and dregs of a decoction.
3. Materials which require low temperature drying and bulk continuous drying.
