Working Principle

Note: You may install condensers to recover the solvent in the material; or you may not if the solvent is water so as to reduce energy investment.

Characteristics

The boiling point of the material solution will decrease in vacuum, which can heighten the driving force of heat transfer for the evaporator and reduce the heat transfer area for a certain amount of heat transfer.

The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or waste hot steam.

The heat loss of the evaporator is little.

Disinfection may be carried out before drying. No impurities are mixed during the period of drying, which is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.

It is the static vacuum dryer and will not destroy the shape of the material to be dried.

Material to be dried

It is suitable for low temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that will decompose, polymerize or deteriorate easily at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff, electronics and other industries.

Note: SZ water-ring vacuum pump can be used with mechanical supercharging to improve the vacuum rate.
