ZLPG Series Atomizing Drier for Chinese Medical Concrete
The machine is complete-sealed with all parts made of stainless steel. It is equipped with the third-level purifying device by which the filtered air can achieve the standard of 100,000 grades. The cold wall is installed in the cylinder body and at the top to make the wall temperature less than 80℃. Air sweeping device is installed inside the drying tower. The product dried by the machine will not be burnt or deteriorated with the collecting rate of powder raised greatly (above 95%). Moreover medicine mixing or wall sticking will not occur.

Working Principle
High-speed centrifuge atomizing for the extract of traditional Chinese medicines is an application of centrifuge spray drying technique in specific material drying. It also uses the high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the material into mist which will be dried instantly by contacting with hot air to shape into powdered final products.
Characteristics
1. The tower body has air cooled jacket.
2. The tower body is equipped with automatic vibration device.
3. The tower body and pipe line have quick-opening hole cleanout and mudhole.
4. Automatic thermostat feeding tank on request.
5. Manual high pressure washing tower attachments on request.
6. The parts that can contact raw material are made of stainless steel (or all stainless steel).
7. The collecting of raw material adopts two-grade cyclone dust collector or one-grade cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector.
8. The temperature of inlet air can be controlled automatically or with continuous devices.
9. Air sweeping device on request.
