Working Principle

Liquid feed is input under high-pressure through diaphragm pump and atomized into mist droplets. Then it falls down in parallel flow with hot air. Most of the powder and granule are collected from the discharge outlet at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and fine powder are separated through cyclonic separator with the former discharged from the blower and the latter collected in the power collecting cylinder at the bottom of the separator.  The blower can also be equipped with twin dust collector at its outlet with the recovery ratio up to 96% - 98%.

Characteristics

The drying speed is high. After the liquid feed is atomized, its surface area is enlarged greatly.  95% - 98% of water can be evaporated instantly in the hot airflow, so the driers machine only takes tens of seconds. This technology is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

Finished products are all spherical particles with uniform size good fluidity and good solubility high quality and high purity.

It is widely used for cold air granulation or hot air drying depending on the characteristics of materials. Great adaptability to materials. Simple and stable operation, convenient control and easy-to-achieve automatic operation.

Materials to be dried

Atomized drier particles:

Chemical industry: organic catalyst, resin, synthetic washing power, oils and fats, thiamin, dyestuff, dyestuff intermediate , white carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate and so on.

Foodstuff: amino acid and similar substances, flavoring, protein, starch, dairy products, coffee extract, fishmeal, meatex etc.

Pharmacy: Chinese traditional medicines, pesticide, antibiotic, medicinal granules and so on.

Ceramics: magnesium oxide, kaoline, all kind of metallic oxides, dolomite and etc.

Spray granulation: All kinds of fertilizers, aluminium oxide, ceramic powder, pharmacy, heavy metallic extra hard steel, fertilizers, granule washing powder, Chinese traditional medicines and etc.

Spray cooling granulation: Amino fatty acid, paraffin, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids and tallow.

It is often applied in spray crystallization, spray concentrating and spray reaction.
