LPG High-Speed Centrifugal Atomizing Drier

Working Principle

After been filtered and heated the air enters into the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters into the drying room in the spiral form evenly. Passing through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower, the liquid feed will rotate and be atomized into the extremely fine mist droplets, which will then be dried into the final products within the very short time of contacting the heated air. The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclonic separator. The waste gas will be discharged from the blower.

Drying speed is fast is a advantage of spray dryer. After the liquid feed is atomized, its surface area  is increased greatly.95%-98% of water can be evaporated in a moment in the hot airflow, so the dryer machine only takes several seconds.This technology is especially suitable for drying the heat-sensitive materials.

The final products have good uniformity, flow ability and solubility. They are high in purity and good in quality.

The production process is simple and the operation control is easy. The liquid with moisture content of 40-60% (for special materials, the contents might be up to 90%) can be dried into the powder or granule products at the first time. After the drying process, there is no need for smashing and sorting so as to reduce the operation procedures and enhance the product purity. The particle diameter, bulk density and water content of the product can be adjusted through changing the operating conditions within limits. The production process is easy to control and manage.

Materials to be dried

Chemical Industry: Sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon black and so on.

Plastics resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea resin, phenolic resin, melamine formaldehyde resin, polythene, polyvinyl chloride and etc.

Food Industry: Fatty milk, protein, cocoa milk powder, powdered milk substitute, dried blood, egg white (yolk) and so on.

Food and plants: oats, chickenbroth, coffee, instant tea, meat seasoning, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysate and so forth.

Carbohydrate: corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, malt sugar, sorbic acid potassium and etc.

Ceramic: aluminum oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talcum and so on.
