Working Principle

The material is spread evenly on the net belt (which usually is the 12-60 stainless wire net) by the feeder, the net belt driven by a transmission to move in the dryer. The dryer is composed of several sections in which the hot air circulates separately. Part of the tail gas is exhausted by a special wet-emitting blower and the waste gas is controlled by a control valve. The hot air passes upwards or downwards through the mesh-belt covered with material to complete heat transfer and mass transfer and then take moisture away. The net belt moves slowly, whose speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying process will fall into the collector successively. The top and bottom circular units as well as the amount of units can be freely equipped according to the user's requirements.

Characteristics

Amount of air, heating temperature, residence time of material and the feed speed can be adjusted in order to obtain the best drying effect.

Equipments in the dryer can be installed flexibly. The net belt washing system and material cooling system are available.

The cyclic utilization of most air can greatly save the energy.

Its unique air dividing apparatus betters the uniform distribution of hot air and guarantees the consistent quality of products.

The heat source may be steam, heat conduction oil, electricity or coal (oil) hot air furnace.

Materials to be dried

Dehydrated vegetables, granulated feed, gourmet powder, shredded coconut stuffing, organic color, compound rubber, acrylic fiber, medicine, medicinal material, small wooden goods, plastic products, aged and solidified electronic devices and so on.
