Dwc Dryer for Vegetable Dehydration
DWC Series Mesh-Belt Drier for Vegetable Dehydration is the tailed version after making research and development on the basis of traditional net belt drier. Well targeted and practical with high energy efficiency, it is widely used for the dehydration of various kinds of regional and seasonal vegetables and fruits such as garlic, cushaw, konjak, white radish, yam, bamboo shoot and etc. We are dedicated to making the most suitable and best dryers of vegetable dehydration by integrating process requirements of the users with our accumulated experience of several decades according to the characteristics of raw materials to be dried.

Working Principle
The machine consists of the feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger, wet-emitting blower and other main components.
The cold air enters into the heat exchanger for heating when the dryer is in operation. Scientific and reasonable circulating method is adopted to make the hot air flow through raw material on the bed for uniform heat exchange. The hot air in each unit of the drier performs heated air circulation by the action of gas circulator to finally discharge the air of low temperature and high humidity and complete the whole drying process stably and efficiently.
Characteristics
The drying area, air pressure, air volume, drying temperature and running speed of net belt can be adjusted to be suitable for vegetables of different characteristics and to meet the quality demands.
You can adopt different process flows and equip necessary auxiliary devices to the dryer in accordance with different characteristics of vegetables.
Material to be dried
It can meet the demands of continuous mass production and the drying of root, stem, leaf, tuberous, flaky and big granular vegetables, meanwhile preserving the nutrition, color and etc of vegetables to the largest extent.
The typical raw materials that can be dried are garlic, cushaw, carrot, konjak, yam, bamboo shoot, capsicum, onion, apple, etc.
Notice:
1. The use of the charging deck, center deck and discharge deck of the same specification in the above table in series can guarantee the technical requirements for vegetable dehydration and improve the product quality remarkably to get a guaranteed high-quality product.
2. The height of the equipment does not include the height of the blower and air pipe.
