Working Principle
Raw material enters into the drying machine from the feed inlet and moves forward continuously after it is tossed along the horizontal fluid bed under vibratory force. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and exchange heat with wet raw materials. Then the wet air is dusted by the cyclonic separator and exhausted from air outlet while the dried material is exhausted through the discharging outlet.
Characteristics
With vibration motor as the vibration source, it is smooth in running and convenient in maintenance. The noise is low and the service life is long.
The fluidization is uniform with no dead gaps or blow-through so as to attain evenly dried and cooled products.
It has excellent adjustability and wide applications. Stepless regulation is available to determine the thickness of feed layer, movement speed in the machine and total amplitude.
It does little damage to the material surface and can be used to dry fragile materials. The drying result will not be affected due to irregular material particles.
It is fully sealed to effectively prevent cross infection between materials and the air and remain a clean working environment.
Its high mechanical and heat efficiency can help it save energy of 30-60% compared to ordinary dryers.
Materials to be dried
It is applicable for the drying and cooling of powdery or granule materials, such as citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulphur, compound fertilizer, piece of radish, bean, lees, seed, mine reside and sugar in chemical, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, dehydrated vegetables, grain, mineral and other industries.
