Working Principle
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom by the induced fan and then passes through the screen plate of the hopper. In the working chamber, the fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is discharged along with the exhaust gas after rapid evaporation for the material to dry quickly.
Characteristics
The fluid bed is of circular frame to avoid dead corners.
Inside the hopper there is a stirring device in order to avoid agglomeration of wet raw materials and avoid the formation of channeling when drying.
The granule discharging by turning over is convenient, rapid and complete. The automatic material charge and discharge system can be designed upon request.
Operated at sealed negative pressure, the machine filters air that passes. Simple in operation and convenient for cleaning, it is the ideal equipment in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
The drier features high drying speed and uniform temperature and spends 20-30 minutes in drying for each batch.
Materials to be dried
Machine-made screw extruded granules, sway produced YK series Granules and granules produced by GHL series Granulator.
Moist granulation and powdery raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and other fields.
Materials of large grains, small blocks and sticky granules.
The materials whose volumes may change during drying process, like konjak.
