XSG Spin Flash Airflow Drier
This drying machine is one kinds of airstream dryer. The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction and forms a powerful rotating wind with the driving of the stirrer. The paste-like materials enter into the dryer through the vane feeder and are dispersed by the striking, friction and shearing force produced by powerful stirring of the high-speed rotary stirring paddle, The lump materials will soon be smashed heated and dried after contacting the hot air fully .

Working Principle
This drying machine is one kinds of airstream dryer. The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer machine in tangent direction and forms a powerful rotating wind with the driving of the stirrer. The paste-like materials enter into the dryer through the vane feeder and are dispersed by the striking, friction and shearing force produced by powerful stirring of the high-speed rotary stirring paddle, The lump materials will soon be smashed heated and dried after contacting the hot air fully . The dried materials after dehydration will go up with the hot air with its big particles trapped by the grading ring. Small particles will be discharged out of the drying machine from center ring and then collected in the cyclonic separator and dust collector. The not-fully-dried or big pieces of materials will be slammed to the wall by centrifugal force and smashed again for drying after they fall down to the bottom.
Characteristics
Airstream dryer integrates rotary flow, fluidization, spouting and stage reduction technologies. The equipment is compact and small in size, high in productivity .It is "a small equipment for large production" which can perform continuous production.
It has high drying strength, low energy consumption and high heat efficiency.
With short stay for materials and quality finished products, the machine can be used for drying heat sensitive materials.
For the negative pressure or the micro-negative pressure operations, the machine is good for its tightness and high efficiency so as to eliminate the environmental pollution.
Material to be dried
Organic compounds:
Fenatrol (insecticide of agrochemicals), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate.
Dyestuff:
Anthraquinone, black ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfuration, all kinds of intermediate of azo dry-stuff.
Inorganic compounds:
Borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulphide, ferric oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, all kinds of metallic hydroxide, kinds of heavy metallic salt, synthetic cryolite.
Foodstuff:
Soya protein, agglomerative starch, lees, triticin, wheat starch
