Working Principle

This drying machine is one kinds of airstream dryer. Compared with the QG series air-pulse dryer, this dryer machine can make the material stay a long time with lower water content for its products. In addition, the overall height is also lower than QG dryer.

The intensifier at the bottom of airstream dryer has a unique design. The diamond-shaped stirring rack can reduce wind resistance to the minimum due to its linear flow. The grinding knifes with rotary blades and fixed blades of the stirring rack equipped in the cone-shaped hopper have the outstanding grinding effects to smash the falling block materials rapidly into powders and granules which are suitable for air flow drying. Another function of stirring is to disperse materials, which can enlarge the contacting area with high speed hot air coming from the bottom to form the fluidized bed of strong heat and mass transfer in the hopper where most of moisture is dried.  With the drying process, the influence of air flow upon the dried material which has become light and thin is more and more obvious. The dried material then rises together with the air flow and finally comes out from the top of dryer tower and goes into material colleting system.

Materials to be dried

This dryer is especially suitable for wet materials that appear paste with high moisture and other raw materials that can not be dried by other drying methods.

It applies to the cake, paste and products with a certain viscosity and those whose finished products are required to be powdered.

1. Water evaporation refers to the amount of moisture evaporated per hour when the temperature of inlet air is 180℃ and the temperature of outlet air is 80℃.
