Working Principle

This drying machine is one kinds of airstream dryer. The working principle is as follows: the drying of wet material is divided into two steps. First, the raw material has first-level drying under positive pressure with the mixture of the tail gas from the second-grade drying and supplementary hot air. The dried tail air is discharged to atmosphere. Then, the dried semi-finished product is carried to the second-grade drying with fresh hot air under negative pressure. The finished product is measured and packaged. The used tail air of high temperature and low moisture is used for the first-grade drying. In this way the good circulating process is completed. The supplementary hot air can be adjusted freely as required. Therefore the machine has a wide application.

Materials to be dried

This type of dryer equipment is widely used for drying granule and powder raw materials in foodstuff, chemical, pharmaceutical and building materials industries. The products that have been dried by the series are as follows: starch, glucose, fish meal, sugar, edible sugar, lees, feed, gluten, plastic resin, coal powder, dyestuff and so on.
