The machine consists of hopper, vibrating chamber, coupler and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber.

Working Principle
The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line by the motor, causing centrifuged force under the state of unbalance and thus forms regular eddy. The amplitude of the hammer can be adjusted according to different kinds of material and the screen.
