Working Principle

The powdery raw material and adhesive are fully mixed at the bottom of the cylinder and become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules.

The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure - reasonable.

Inflatable seal driving shaft; water can be injected when cleaning.

Fluidized Granulation; the granule is around ball shape, which enjoys good mobility.

Compared to traditional process, it saves 25% of adhesive and shortens drying time.

It costs 2 minutes for dry material mixing while 1-4 minutes for granulating: 4-5 times more effective than traditional craft.

Dry mixing, humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed container. It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.

The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.
