Working Principle

This machine consists of container, helical mixing blade and gearing; the mixing blade usually have two or three layers: the outer helical layer converges material from two sides to the center while the inner helical layer conveys the material from the centre to the two sides, so as to from convection mixing.

It is difficult to clean when it is used for mixing viscous or adhesive material.

Applicable objects

The ribbon mixer is generally used for mixing viscous or adhesive powdery material, or adding liquid or soupy material into powdery material. Meanwhile, because it is difficult to clean after mixing viscous materials, the machine is suitable for the mixing case that of large output and same raw materials.
