Characteristics

The charging barrel is driven by main drive shaft. The barrel body carries on repeated parallel movement, rotation, rolling and other complex movements so that different materials reach uniform mixing.

Applicable objects

The mixing barrel of the machine makes multi-direction movement – no centrifugal force. There is neither gravity segregation nor layer division or gathering for materials. Remarkable weight rate for each constituent and high mixing rate make it an ideal product in market.

The maximum charging rate for the barrel reaches up to 90%, while that of a normal mixer is 40-50%. High efficiency & short mixing time.

The barrel adopts arc shape connections and is well polished.
