Working Principle
EYH Series Two Dimensions Mixer mainly consists of three major parts: rotating cylinder, swinging rack and frame. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack, supported by four wheels, among which two catch wheels are for axial fixation while the extra two driving wheels drive the rotating cylinder by driving system. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crank-rocker mechanisms which is mounted on the frame.
Characteristics
The rotating cylinder of EYH Two Dimensions Mixer can make two motions at the same time: One is cylinder rotation and the other is cylinder swinging according to the rack swinging paces. Thus at the time when materials are rotated and mixed in the rotating cylinder, the cylinder is swinging from left to right. As the result of these two motions, materials can be fully mixed in a short time. EYH Two Dimensions Mixer is suitable for mixing of all powdery and granular materials.
