RLY Series Fuel Oil Hot Air Furnace
The fuel burns in the combustor to produce high temperature gas whose heat is then transmitted to the air that is waiting to be heated with the aid of air heating furnace and its intensified heat transfer functions. The high temperature gas is lowered to be less than 250℃ after the heat exchange and then is discharged. The air to be heated is sent to air heating furnace by the selected blower fan forcibly and is discharged from the hot-blast outlet after it has achieved the rated value of temperature through the heat exchange.

Working Principle
The fuel burns in the combustor to produce high temperature gas whose heat is then transmitted to the air that is waiting to be heated with the aid of air heating furnace and its intensified heat transfer functions. The high temperature gas is lowered to be less than 250℃ after the heat exchange and then is discharged. The air to be heated is sent to air heating furnace by the selected blower fan forcibly and is discharged from the hot-blast outlet after it has achieved the rated value of temperature through the heat exchange. The burner will stop burning or change into small flames automatically when the hot air reaches the upper rated temperature; or it will be lighted again or change into big flames automatically when the hot air temperature drops to the lower rated limit. The speed control of temperature rise can be realized by adjusting the air inlet valve.
