Working Principle
The furnace integrates combustion with heat exchange, using the latest indirect heating technology for heat exchange in high temperature position of the furnace. The smoke and the air go into different channels without any pollution caused for the heating. The furnace features high heat efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast temperature increase, small size, easy installation and reliable operation with low price (this system costs only half the price of the heating system for the boiler of one ton).
Characteristics
Its high temperature resistance enables the furnace to have a much longer life than the tubular air heating furnace. The furnace uses radiating sheets of smoke longitudinal erosion and the negative pressures smoke exhaust mode. No dust is collected in the heat exchange position, so there is no need to clean. The furnace also has stable heat properties. Various coals or woods can be used as the fuel to help complete full combustion with the second-class air leading device. All the technical and economic indicators of the furnace have reached the advanced level at home.
Suitable for these materials
The versatile hot air equipment of this furnace is used together with other drying devices for various materials. It is widely used for the heating and dehumidification of foodstuff, medicament, chemical raw materials, products in light and heavy industries and such agricultural products as grain, seed, feed, fruit, dehydrated vegetables, mushroom, edible fungus, white fungus, tea, tobacco leaf, etc. It can also be applied in heating various facilities and dehumidifying storehouses.

Please Notice:
The reference temperature standard of environment is 18℃±2℃. The coal heat value is 5000kcal/kg for calculation.
The hot blast temperature in the table is determined according to the outlet air volume. The hot blast temperature can achieve as high as above 200℃ for JRF4 type and above 300℃ for JRF5 and JRF6 (and can be more than 500℃ for some special types). The users may make adjustment of the hot blast temperature according to the need.
The configuration height of smokestack in the air heating furnace is 3-5 meters for JRF4 and 5-8 meters for JRF5 and JRF6.

The flame retardant coating on the inner wall at lower part of the hearth begins from the grate with the height of 0.5 meter for JRF4-4 type. It can be installed at site. JRF6 type is the exhaust combustion apparatus of chain furnace.
