Guarantee period of free maintenance service:one year after products are delivered, free maintenances are provided if products damages aren't caused by any man during guarantee period.

Commissioning service:product installation shall be based on buyer's site or seller's equipment layout and civil basis, acceptance of site commissioning shall be agreed and signed by the buyer.

Training service:seller shall send its technical personnel to buyer's site to instruct equipment installation and train the buyer's operator after acceptance of commissioning untill the operator can operate and run the equipment normally.

Maintenance service:if equipment is out of order, seller shall arrive at buyer's site for maintenance service within two days after receiving buyer's advice if there isn't any special reason.

Spare part service:perfect service of spare parts shall be provided during whole equipment lifetime.

Ex-work acceptance service:after equipment's manufacturing is finished, seller can advise buyer to send its personnel to come to the seller's factory for the equipment accepance as buyer's requirements.

Document service:after business contract is performed, seller shall provide buyer with operating documents of the equipment and its spare parts, and the equipment's material report and related documents for GMP verofication.

Lifetime service:after guarantee period of product, seller shall still provide the product with lifetime service and consuming spare parts by preferential price.
